Yeo Moor Primary School is seeking a passionate and experienced SENCO to join our team. This role will lead the strategic development of SEND provision across the school, ensuring that pupils receive the support they need to achieve, participate and thrive.

As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will work alongside colleagues, parents and carers, and external professionals to strengthen inclusive practice and shape provision for some of our most vulnerable learners.

About You

We'd love to hear from someone who: 

• Brings energy, commitment and creativity to their work 
• Builds positive relationships and works well in a team 
• Has knowledge and experience of using a range of strategies to deal with pupil behaviour
• Has Qualified teacher status (QTS) and National Award for SEN Coordination (NASENCO) (or willingness to complete within  statutory timeframe)

Role information:  

• This is a part time, permanent position, working 19.5 hours a week
• Start date: 01/01/2027
• Working days: Flexible but Tuesdays and Wednesdays are essential. We could do Monday - Wednesday or Tuesday-Thursday
