Salary: £30,151 FTE salary; £27,292 actual pro rata salary pa

Location: Clevedon, North Somerset

Contract: 37 hours per week, term time only plus INSETs, plus 10 days

Term: Permanent

Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen at Clevedon School to appoint an enthusiastic, dynamic and well-organised Examinations Manager.

The Examinations Manager will be responsible for the management and administration of internal and external examinations, including preparation of the timetable and invigilation. This role is an administrative role, working term-time only plus two weeks, some of which must be during the summer holiday period, to support both the GCSE and A-Level results period.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Comply with Safeguarding, Child Protection and Data Protection practices;
  • Be discrete and have a proven ability to manage confidentiality;
  • Have the ability to highlight concerns and make difficult decisions;
  • Have sound knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Apply attention to detail with high levels of accuracy;
  • Have a good standard of general education to A Level including include GCSEs at grades 9-4, or equivalent, in English and Maths.
