Clevedon School is looking for an exceptional and passionate SENCo to join us at a pivotal moment in our journey. We are reframing how we meet the changing needs of our students, meaning this role provides the strategic focal point to the next chapter of SEND education at the school. This is more than a leadership role—it’s a unique opportunity to shape culture, design our new school buildings and further our truly inclusive culture, where every student is seen, supported, and inspired to succeed.

As our SENCo, you will lead and influence whole-school approaches to SEND with a team of staff delivering the day-to-day operational demands. You’ll collaborate closely with dedicated colleagues, families, and external partners to design and deliver impactful strategies that transform outcomes for young people.
