IKB Academy is seeking a compassionate and committed Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference to pupils' learning and development by providing tailored support, encouraging confidence and helping children achieve their potential.

About You

We'd love to hear from someone who: 

  • Has a patient, friendly, and polite approach, with the ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations. 
  • Is able to prioritise tasks and keep to deadlines. 
  • Demonstrates excellent communication skills and a commitment to working in partnership with families, colleagues and external agencies 
  • Has a good standard of education, including GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent), and is eager to continue developing their practice 
  • Shares our belief that every child deserves the very best opportunities
